Sometimes teeth have reached a point of no return. The restorations are irretrievably broken down, the gums may have receded and have decay and the only solution may be extract and replace them. With regular follow ups at 6 months with your dentist, the use of waterpik and regular cleaning, you will find the joy to eat again and gain back confidence to smile again.

Patients often fear implant traitement because of the surgery and the price but know that the majority of patients often tell us they should have done it before and regret have waiting for so long. These types of surgeries are extremely well planned digitally and are very precise and have a high success rate.

The ALL-ON-4 and ALL-ON-6 is a treatment where all the teeth are removed and replaced immediately with 4-6 implants so that you can leave the same day with your teeth. Sometimes the quality of bone does not allow us to place the fixed denture on the same day and the patient must leave with a removable denture.

Why 4 or 6 implants?

We have to evaluate multiple factors unique to the patient to determine which is the best treatment option for them. 4 implants on the lower jaw is often sufficient to replace the 12 missing lower teeth to retreat an adequate mastication surface while the upper jaw often requires a minimum of 6 implants because the bone is less dense and the curb of the arch is more pronounced and needs more lip support for aesthetics. No matter the number of implants, the price is the same for this type of treatment to allow Dr Katiya the possibility of choosing the right treatment for each patient.

At the clinic, we try to execute all our treatments with the most delicate, gentle and least invasive approach. This reduces post-operative complications and recuperation times. The atmosphere of the clinic is relaxing and warm to reassure even the most anxious.

The tendency in oral surgery is really to go toward micro-surgery and the least invasive possible approach and that is part of our philosophy.

Our objective is really to find the best treatment for you and a situation that is unique and respects your budget and expectations.

The advantages of the ALL-ON-X treatment

Zygomatic implants

For patients with a severe lack of bone structure in the upper jaw, there is an alternative way to restore a fixed smile: zygomatic implants. With a maxillofacial surgeon trained in the ZAGA technique, implants are placed in the zygomatic bones of the jaw and an immediate fixed prosthesis is put in place to allow you to regain a fixed smile without bone graft. The integration period lasts between 4 and 6 months.

Cost

  • The cost of the surgery with intravenous sedation is $15-19,000

  • Same day indexed fixed prosthesis $2500

  • Final prosthesis $10,000

2 implants for removable prosthesis

For patients with lower dentures, the most economical solution is still 2 lower implants.

Your denture is loose and you can't stand having your lower gums irritated, rubbed and ulcerated, forcing your muscles to keep the denture in place. This solution is for you.

Cost

  • $3600 for 2 implants including the scan and the surgical guide and the reading of the prosthesis during 4 months

  • Final prosthesis on implants $5000 with denturist Natasha Lambert

You can always add implants for it to be fixed.
